1) Designed for heavier commercial environments, AIPU Super Wear-resistant Click SPC Flooring is designed for both residential and commercial environments and has a very wide range of adaptability. For optimum wear characteristics, we recommend a 0.5 mm wear layer (or 20 mils in the USA), as this provides excellent protection against abrasion of the decorative film of click SPC flooring, or even up to 0.7 mm thick if your wear requirements are higher.

2) Valinge 2G & 5Gi click system: Thanks to the rigid core, SPC flooring is very easy to install, while providing our customers with the most stable click system, adapted to high intensity as well as long periods of use. You do not need to use glue or nails during installation, only one person, one pair of hands and one movement are needed to install the flooring successfully, quickly and easily.

3) Super fine Anti-slip rating: Safety is one of the most important concerns in our production process. Thanks to a specially developed structure with an anti-slip rating, this flooring performs very well and prevents slippage in wet areas.

1) Dimensional Stability: Super Wear-resistant Click SPC Flooring is extremely dimensionally stable due to its natural composition, with a shrinkage of ≤ 0.1% and a curl of ≤ 0.2 mm after 6 hours, even when exposed to temperatures of 80°.

2) Easy to install with low requirement of subfloor: Its rigid core hides many of the defects in the subfloor. The only thing required is levelling and making the necessary expansion gaps, after which it can be easily installed on ceramic, natural wood floors or other materials.

Q: Machine brand & details for manufacturing SPC flooring - German tech or china own machine?

A: The extrusion machine is Chinese brand, this is because SPC flooring is invented by Chinese manufacturers, and all extrusion, pressing machine for SPC flooring is made in china. Even for International brand, they are using Chinese brand SPC machine or purchasing from China directly.

Our Profiling machine is German brand “Homag”, the most advanced floor profiling machine in the world.

Q: What is your SPC flooring raw materials and describe each layer of the product? Do the raw materials e.g. vinyl, stone, mixing have approved relevant certificate / green cert that will not hazardous to human health and protect environment?

A: Main raw materials for SPC flooring is limestone powder, Polyvinyl resin and stabilizer, we require all our raw material suppliers to test with SGS and provide test report.

Q: Do you provide storage facility at your factory? Because during each construction site may not have much available site storage but we may need the stocks urgently when time arrived.

A: We mainly produce our flooring based on the order quantity, but we also keep storage for certain colors. If you want to storage your own brand in our warehouse, it can happen according to agreement between both parties.
